As I think of today I wonder what people would say if I wasn't around? At work, church, the ball field, my family etc. My life is a very diverse place, I have many different places and know many different people. Would they know who I really am? What I believe in? What my values are? Is the person the same at work, play and home? Do you really know me?? Or do you want to take the time to really know me... Am I judgemental?? Life is so full of questions for me, do you have any life questions??
James Chapter 1:
2 right from the start James is going to let us have it. Consider it joy when you face trails....
4 What does Perseverance look like to you???
5 "If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him" (that is something to bank on!)
7-8 I feel alittle bit different about doubting...
13 This verse has always peaked my attention!! what are your takes on this??? "When tempted, no one should say, God is tempting me. For God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does he tempt anyone; 14 but the evil one is tempted when, by his own evil desire, he is dragged away and enticed..... what do you think??
21 get rid of all moral filth is this possible in this time?? think of commercial, the way people dress on the street, the news... wow!!
26 do you consider yourself religious?? if so keep a tight reign on your toungue.. Is this me?? Is this what I was questioning in the paragraph before?? What kind of feed back will I really get??
hang onto your hats it is going to be an interesting ride!! I can't believe what God is doing already to me with this chapter....
